Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Eligible within a short period after first purchase (see on-page notice)
  • Provide order details and a brief issue description
  • Heavy usage may make the purchase ineligible

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Outside the refundable time window
  • Abuse or policy-violating usage
  • Service delivered as described with no product malfunction

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Explain the reason and attach screenshots if helpful

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
