FateFolio is a digital self-reflection and analysis platform operated by MelogenAI.
All payments for FateFolio are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy is aligned with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any reason.
No questions asked. Simply contact us within the 14-day period and we will process your refund.
We will reimburse all payments received from you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your refund request.
Refunds for reasons unrelated to software issues may incur a partial processing fee.
Refunds are only available for the initial subscription purchase and do not apply to payments resulting from the automatic renewal of the subscription.
