Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Eligible within a short period after first purchase (see on-page notice)
- Provide order details and a brief issue description
- Heavy usage may make the purchase ineligible
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Outside the refundable time window
- Abuse or policy-violating usage
- Service delivered as described with no product malfunction
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Explain the reason and attach screenshots if helpful
- We review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
